Of course! We offer flat fee/low commission options on the sale side as well. Our full service flat fee listings start at $7,900 and cap at 1% of the sales price. Reach out for more info!

We work with buyers all over Maricopa County and other markets throughout the state.

For our "Offer Ready" clients, you have already done 90% of the legwork yourself. You make our job much easier so we are more than happy to rebate you a majority of the seller paid commission.

You will want to check with your lender to see how much credit/rebate you can get from your Realtor. Some lenders will cap it at 1%. We will then look at other opportunities to still credit you the full amount (ie. pre-paid home warranty). Cash buyers will get the full credit back to them without any restrictions.

The commission rebate will be credited towards your closing costs or deducted from your cash to close depending if you are getting a loan or paying cash.
